What value do you bring to our clients?
I have loved IT for as long as I can remember. Before starting my professional career, I was the support agent for my entire family. As an IT professional, I strive to connect with and care for my clients as if they were family. I bring strong empathy to my work, ensuring that every client feels heard. I take the time to explain technical issues in a way that is easy to understand. My goal is to build trust through warm, consistent, and high-quality service so that clients know they can count on me whenever they face challenges.
What/who inspires you?
Every day inspires me. Each morning, as the sun rises, it brings a fresh start. It’s an opportunity to let go of yesterday’s failures and embrace the dreams of tomorrow. Every day is a new beginning.
Humanity also inspires me—our ability to create, admire, and share ideas and feelings with one another. We have the capacity to improve both individually and as a species. I am especially inspired by those who break the norms and push beyond limits, achieving remarkable goals through hard work and talent.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love going on adventures with my family. We enjoy traveling to new places, trying new activities, and exploring different restaurants and cuisines.
I have a passion for learning about physics and quantum physics, especially topics related to time and gravity. I also enjoy studying contemporary and ancient religions and cultures. Additionally, I love science fiction books and videos, as well as playing video games.
