I try to turn vision into reality every day. I focus on coaching, leading and helping to identify challenges and work through them with my team.
My background is in operations and IT engineering and services, but I have spent most of the last 15 years working in managed services. Over the years I have learned that the ability to understand objectives and build consensus and understanding is critical to my role and success, as well as bridging the gap between business and technology.
I really enjoy seeing the success of the people I work with, whether they stretch their skills and abilities or accomplish things in their personal lives. I have the pleasure of working with really smart, fun people every day who do incredible things.

I am a Cleveland native and live in Fairview Park, Ohio, with my wife, son, daughter and two golden retrievers, who would trade me for half a slice of store-brand American cheese.
