I bring a combination of technical expertise and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In tech support, resolving technical issues is important, but ensuring the client feels valued and understood is equally critical. I excel at actively listening to customer concerns, diagnosing issues effectively, and providing clear, empathetic solutions.
What/who inspires you?
I’m inspired by people who are always striving to learn and grow, no matter their field or challenges. That drive to continually improve resonates with me because I see every situation—especially in tech support—as an opportunity to expand my knowledge and refine my skills. I love the process of discovering new solutions, whether it’s mastering a new system, tackling an unfamiliar issue, or simply finding better ways to communicate with clients.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I love spending quality moments with my family. We often visit the Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo zoos, and we enjoy taking weekend trips to explore zoos in other cities. Being outdoors and sharing these experiences together is something we all treasure.
