I love interacting and helping people grow, creating and supporting opportunities where new potential can exist, then observing those ideas come to life through our shared efforts. I derive my greatest energy and joy in life from what is possible. 

I believe technology is often given too much credit: by itself it is simply another tactical tool to utilize. To be fully effective requires well-defined processes to operate and perform consistently, but the magic occurs when the right people apply technology strategically, and then support and guide people in their ongoing technology journeys.
