What are the different types of cloud computing services?

There are three main types:

• Infrastructure as a service (IaaS): You rent access to fundamental IT infrastructure like servers, storage and networking from a cloud provider. This gives you flexibility and control over your IT resources without the upfront costs of owning and maintaining hardware.
• Platform as a service (PaaS): Provides a platform for developing, running and managing applications without having to manage the underlying infrastructure. This allows developers to focus on building and deploying applications quickly.
• Software as a service (SaaS): Delivers software applications over the internet on a subscription basis. Common examples include email (like Gmail), productivity suites (like Microsoft 365) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
